Absolutely Pilates is the best! The instructors focus on form and alignment--which leads to results. The positive energy is the icing on the cake. Every class is a treat for me!
The owner Kathy is an energetic pilates expert, and the other instructors are also smart, patient and encouraging. All the women in my classes were fun and introduced themselves. This is the perfect place for someone new to pilates, as they explain everything very well. The focus here is on classical pilates, although they are well educated in many of the focus areas of this activity. I'm really glad I came here!
