Made an appointment for service. Customer service was great.. Appoint set.. Received call the morning of the service confirming that the electrician would be there as scheduled and told me his name, I believe Jeremy. He was professional and kind. He was efficient, neat and he cleaned the areas when finished. He was prepared to do the job the same day which was great. He even did a couple of unplanned small jobs and pricing was fair.
Great Company! I just bought a home and Leo installed all my ceiling fans. He’s the best! Always on time, very friendly and I love the fact that he explains everything. He does great work and I will always request Leo for my electrical needs.
Only good things to say about my experience with Mr. Electric. Service was extremely prompt, friendly, and professional. The job was extensive (rewiring a full floor of a residence). Happy with the work and the customer service I received from my electrician and also the contact employees on the phone.
We needed a 208 line ran from our panel to our surgery suite. Ryan came out and gave me a quote and said it could be done that day. I said go for it. I was surprised when he came into my office a couple hours later and said he was finished. He had to run the line in our drop ceiling which is never easy. Best part is I couldnt even tell he was there after the job, cleaned up everything. Price was right where i thought it should be. Thanks for the good work.
Major power surge fried two circuits on my electric panel. The electrician, Brandon, was more than I could have hoped for. He was professional, respectful and kind. I now have an electrician for life. Have already recommended to two neighbors, one of which will be scheduling a call within the week.
