Food was hot. Staff was pleasant. Drive through moved well.
Went through drive thru and ordered over thirty bucks worth of food. They had us pull outta drive thru and they’d bring us our order. Well, they only brought us a PORTION of our order. The employee was nice, apologized and ran back in and brought us what I thought was the rest of it. Nope. Missing a meal. So we went back through and told them what we were missing, the very rude lady at the window, said “lemme see in your bag!” Are you kidding me?! I guess she saw our confused look cause she hollered again “Let me look in your bag. They say it’s in there.” Just rude, rude, rude. Food was ‘meh’ at best. But none of that matters when customers service is severely lacking.
There was a new person on the drive-thru when I went and although she was courteous, she got my order completely wrong. There were 2 additional people assisting her and it was still wrong. I may not have been quite as upset but in trying to repeat the order back to me 2 times and having been corrected both times, how you still get the order wrong is beyond me.
This is terrible. They stop serving all day breakfast when one of the items are the best thing on the menu. And they also have bad service ud83eudd26ud83cudffd♂ufe0f
Tasty food, fairly quick line. Always good for a quick bite.
