I like this place due to the location and I prefer going to a small business rather than a chain; However, this place can do so much better. I used to work at a coffee shop years ago, but it seems the coffee business has changed drastically. The wait in line to order and to receive the order takes long and some of the young employees working don't seem to care too much about their patrons. The drinks that have been prepared for me personally seem to have gotten worse as well. I have to push myself to go here over another place, but it's getting difficult because of the quality. I hope something changes for the better.
Awesome little Cleveland coffee chain. Their specialty coffee drinks are unique but tasty, I've never had a banana flavored latte before. It wasn't overpowering (as banana can tend to be) and was delicious!
Mmmm black and tan , hot! Creamy, peanut butter coffee. If you like peanut butter, a must try. Awesome selections, great staff. Also have some food items!

Such a cute coffee shop! The food is so good, and so is the coffee. It’s difficult to get around in the parking lot though.
