My boyfriend and I love pulp, we just moved to Twinsburg and decided to try out a pulp closer to us. If I could give them zero stars I would. I walk in and no one spoke (which I’m like ok that’s fine they look busy helping a group of girls). Then we waited, being the only people in line at this point they had us standing there for 15 min. We just decided to leave.

Delicious, healthy option. Three days in a row. The ladies working there are helpful & friendly.
This place has so much employee turnover that the smoothies are becoming inconsistent. Twice this week we have went and gotten smoothies that were bland and watery. They need to train the new employees on how to add the right amount of ingredients, especially when 2 smoothies cost 15 dollars.
Always super fast customer service. Polite staff knowledgeable about all the ingredients. Tons of healthy selections from smoothies to sandwiches.
