Upper Crust Pizza & Chicken

The delivery time was quick; however, when it arrived much of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the lid of the box, (almost as if something heavy was set on the pizza, or it was dropped.) The pizza honestly reminds me of a chef boyardee pizza. It not terrible, but just okay. But not okay to make me want to pay $60 for two pizzas and a box of jo jo's again. This was the first time I had upper crust, and it will probably be my last. I will continue to take my business to Your Pizza Shop on W Exchange St. or Guido's pizza shop in Kent, OH. Their pizza is much better, and won't brank the bank either.

Super quick even on a busy night. We love their pizza. But they have given us real cheese instead of vegan almost every time we’ve ordered. Being one of the only pizza places that offers vegan cheese on an actually good pizza, it would be nice if they could pay closer attention to the customer’s needs. Very frustrating to keep having to get the order remade.

*Every time* I've ordered, the food has been on time, fresh, fast (as it can be, all things considered), and most importantly - delicious! I've ordered in the past, the Jojo's and pepperoni rolls (not pictured) and the jo' s are a tad crispy on the outside with a nice bite, and the insides are light, fluffy cooked potato. I'd imagine they'd be crispier if I'd ask them to make them like that, but from first blush, they were really good! The pepperoni rolls have immense flavor, and I'm going to say that they seem to have more of a filling than most rolls I've ever tasted before. it's not like I go eating pepperoni rolls at every place I go to, but I will say it's not like there's just one slice of pepperoni in the roll, and the rest of it is just cheese. Well worth it to me for the price. What I have pictured, are the plain, breaded, bone-in jumbo wings, and they are THE BEST BREADED WINGS IN SUMMIT COUNTY, HANDS DOWN. I'm a freaking expert in breaded wings, and I say this from years of experience! Also pictured is the American pan Kings triple double (I always ask for it to be extra crispy) which is outstanding, since it's not a greasy pizza at all with all that pepperoni! If you're taking a bite and not getting some roni in your mowth - something's wrong with you man, go see a doctor immediately! The crust is delicious, and not overpowering like some other places with a yeasty dough taste, and the sauce is light, but has a nice tomato finish that's not too sweet/not to spicy or salty. The tots I ordered were nice and crispy, and that was after driving to the other side of town, and taking another 20 minutes after getting home to sit down and eat! I've had almost every sauce, and they are all respectively as flavorful as can be from their descriptions.nnIn the four times that I've ordered since last year, every order has been just as consistent as the first, and on quite a few occasions, I know ordering the food was around their peak times, along with sporting events that would make them super busy.nnThe staff have always been courteous and professional, and every time that I've placed an order, the time that I've told that it'll actually be ready, has been no later than 5 minutes anytime they've said! Pretty damn accurate if you ask me.nnHonestly the only thing I have to complain about at this point, is that there isn't one closer to me! But it's well worth the drive.

Let me say your pizza is great, but this is the second time I've tried to get my pizza delivered and been told you don't deliver beyond 3 miles, with that being said, we've had your pizza delivered to us at least 3x's. This time your staff member told us they couldn't deliver to us because we were 10 miles out of your area...first we are 4.7 miles. Second, because you are unable to deliver to West Akron we can still get our pizza from Antonio's, they are 4.4 miles from us and they still deliver and is also amazing pizza, but very sad you can't go further out to deliver your pizza. We have picked up before, but pizza is a great delivery food. Signing sad and disappointed

First visit not impressed very salty a lot of fries with each chicken order soft fries with a very salty some kind of Cajon rub not sure ,dry pizza doughy crust the Detroit crunch ,pepperoni and sausage dry dark sausage
