I love their bread! Yummy subs. The pickles are huge. You can get your sub without bread, wrapped in lettuce and this is a yummy option for low carb seekers.
We've ordered here a few times and always get amazing customer service. Today they messed up my order. I had to bring it back even though it was about 20 minutes from where I live but, they were super apologetic and offered something for the trouble.
Would not honor promo from T-Mobile when the online ordering was defective. Manager called who refused to comp the sandwich as well. Call to corporate office went unanswered and call not returned. This is extremely poor customer service. I've managed and owned restaurants, having the proof of the legitimacy of the promo, the mgr on duty and certainly the called general mgr should have issued the credit and can do so. They never asked what else I was buying.
My first Jimmy John's experience. The place was spotless, drive thru was fast, and food was delicious. Highly resommended
Nice, clean, friendly associates, and reliable service. Quality food as usual. Always a good stop.
