My wife came to pick an order up, we normally order from this location but accidentally clicked the wrong location online. She was turned away without anyone offering help or a solution. It has been my experience always that a store would offer to prepare the order anyway. She had to drive twice the time away that it would have taken them to have it ready. Customer service was severely lacking. I will most likely not revisit this store in the future.

Used a gift card to pay for the pizza in the app. Got to the store to pickup the pizza. They charged me full price, paid twice for the same pizza. I tried to argue it but, they didn't want to listen. This has happened more than once. So, I guess if you have gift cards, it's best if you use them at the store. Don't trust the app.

Hi there I prefer Domino's pizza because hands down the best pizza around in Tallmadge Ohio. I order delivery probably four times a week out of 7 days. It's so quick and convenient always fresh and hot. Everyone from day one has been very conscious about the covid-19 and mask up and contactless delivery. I've learned to know the staff by name all my delivery drivers, they get out of their car it's like they know me for 20 years. Always try to tip very well I take care of the drivers they're friendly cool and they are carrying your food so it doesn't make sense to treat everyone right LOL. But all joking aside Domino's Pizza and the variety of things that they have it's it's hands down to the best around.

website stealing money if you dont pay attention to your order. any deal with 2 or 3 topping pizzas adds $1.65 to each pizza when you add your last topping (2, 2 topping pizza deal adds a fee when you add your 2nd and 3 topping deal adds a fee when you add your 3rd topping). i have tried multiple combinations to try and see if it was a fault of my own but its not. they are either charging you for normal cheese or they changed the name of the deal but not how the website functions when customizing the deal
