Terrible customer service. $36.00 for the wrong order. Then I was told after I paid for delivery I can bring it to them and get it replaced. Manager also refused to give me her name. And refused to give me the district managers number. Now why? Would I not be allowed to contact the district manager.
I won’t be a returning customer. Placed a order for delivery at 3:30pm. At 5pm After waiting and still no word, I was forced to call and cancel my order because I was nearing my time for work. When I called I had no plans to write this review as I’ve worked this job before and understand how hectic things can get but was met with an attitude, no explanation and not even so much as an apology. If you decide to order at this location, I certainly hope it goes better than mine.
No complaints, the pizza was done fast and tasted great, and i saved 17 bucks with an online deal. I will say the online tracking thing was a bit clunky, but thats more of a website problem than a store problem.
Major improvement within the past year.
This is the second time I've ordered and the second time I felt the need to review. Horribly understaffed. Lobby closed. Curbside slow and wouldn't give a bag for 8 sauces I paid for. Had to balance on top of boxes
