Took a bit to get our food. Ordered 2 happy meals for the kids they were excited to get the pokemon cards. Receipt said pokemon promo. Instead we get home to find some battleship game. Girls were NOT happy. They could have told us and we'd have gone elsewhere.
They told us cash only, which usually alludes to the cashier stealing. When we were able to pay it was card as well. The line look a very long time. In the end they forgot a fry and the food was cold. Not a good McDonalds
I had a problem with the app and she told me to just come up to the window and she would help me figure it out. We did and all was good. Such a wonderful person for being 130am. Most aren't friendly at that time but she was great!!
This is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have been here around 10 times in the past few months and the service is always out of this world. Everyone I have interacted with is extremely friendly and seems genuinely happy to be there, which is something you don’t see too often in fast food. The food is fairly fresh most of the time, but with how great the service is the food could be ice cold and I wouldn’t mind.
It was fine as far as McDonald's go. Customer service was friendly, effectient, and accurate. (I went through drive thru)
