Service was a tiny bit slow but they were swamped with people, so it didn't bother me. The cashier was super friendly and made easy conversation, and the drinks were amazing as well. Overall great experience!

Fast and friendly service and delicious, perfectly made drinks! So glad I stopped in today! :) I'm from one of the other great locations up in Mentor and I would legit drive down here again because everything and everyone was so wonderful :)
I work in the facility near this Starbucks and driving by there's always a line two ways which cause car accidents and traffic I will leave a message for the corporate office to do something for this place oh and on a good hand medicine ball best tea :-)
love this starbucks!! all the people are so sweet and made my experience so fun! I studied there weekly before we couldn’t dine in and I never waited more than a minute or two for my drink even when they were super busy! love this starbucks and the employees
