Sometimes the family wants McDonald's, and every time I order from this particular McDonald's, my mind... my soul... my very ud835ude26ud835ude34ud835ude34ud835ude26ud835ude2fud835ude24ud835ude26, enters an empty bottomless void of despair. Fries are cold. Items are wrong and missing. I don't know why I give them additional tries. Maybe I'm a gluten for punishment? Maybe it's a cry for help? I don't know. All that I ud835ude25ud835ude30 know is that I'm ud835ude63ud835ude64ud835ude69 McLovin it®.

First off let me start by saying this is a fast food restaurant so the food is to be as good as expected however of all the McDonald’s in the area this one always gets the order wrong and the food is always cold even when I asked them to prepared fresh me and my wife is very picky about which McDonald’s we go to we always check the cleanse leanness of each one by looking around while we pick up our order and this one is always very dirty The staff is always very rude and they act like their whole career is on the line when you ask for extra barbecue sauce this McDonald’s this wants to get you in and out as fast as possible and they don’t care about the quality of their food we went to the McDonald’s on Talmage circle and that one is a lot better and it is only a few miles away The restaurant in the staff are also very clean save yourself the hassle drive the couple extra miles and get excellent food and excellent service

New crispy chicken sandwich is good but comparable to your competitors chicken sandwich. Cold salty fries. McDonald's needs not create a sandwich that is like their competitors but maybe make their service better like their competitors

Best McDonald's in Akron. Super fast service with a smile, never had my order wrong nobody was ever rude to me I've been inside and it's always been clean, even the back area where they work it's been clean and they work diligently.
