They need more employees. Like several. I didn't realize they do online orders and GrubHub along with in-store orders. It's the only place open when I get off work so I went tonight. There was one person working on making the food. When I finally decided to get my money back and leave after at least 35 minutes of waiting, there was still 10+ orders ahead of mine that needed made. At one point there was 12 of us standing there, waiting. I don't blame the guy that was working, he was doing his best. But it's really unfair of him to have to work to the point that he cannot catch up. And people are waiting an hour for their food. They did have a sign up about hiring. But the wait has been so bad for several weeks. Hopefully they'll get some more help.

They never have anything in stock! I've never seen a more useless gas station. They had no canned coffee at all multiple days in a row!! I've tried multiple times thinking maybe they're just having a short today but no it's every single day I've ever gone.

ordered snack wraps and got burritos instead. sauce dipping cups (that i paid extra for) were carelessly thrown in the bag and exploded sauce all over so i couldn’t even use them. one of my milkshakes had the lid not on properly so i spilled it all over myself. prices are way too expensive for the appetizer sampler and appetizers individually for the quality you get. i’m probably never going to order food from this store again if it’s just going to be prepared and packaged so carelessly and messy.

needed gas and the shift supervisor refused my 100.00 bill. so I went across the street to BP. much better service and nicer employees. very unhappy ud83dude21 with the sheetz service. Wont go there again.

Convenient with good rewards program for discounts if you go there regularly.
