Update: this location is improving not just with decor but also management and service. Original review below but overall I’ve noticed a much improved experience overall.nnThis is an iconic location, being one of the original first 200+ stores ever. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this location under Rubber City Arches has earned it. I’ve visited this location probably 50 times and have consistently had bad experiences that keep piling. If you have a thoughtful complaint, management kindly will send you a gift card to compensate you and bring you back (a good practice) but I find it brings you back to another bad experience. Despite their beautiful renovation, the service is slow, the lines can be long, the food is usually cold and dry. I’ll just attach a picture of our most recent experience with an old a crusty McDouble that was served to us. This is consistent with the past. And ordering on the new App? Forget about it. I’ve done this twice and they really have no idea how to handle app orders here. I could give more examples but I will just hope the best for them instead.

My initial review of this location was terrible. Seriously, if there was something to be wrong with a McDonald's this place was it's poster child.nnThey tore it down, rebuilt it, and hired different staff. While there can be a inconvenient wait sometimes for the food, the improvements they made is so much better. Staff has never been rude, and they actually get the order right... well most of the time. Still a lot better than what is was. Whomever decided to blow it up, and star over, thank you.

Should really get more training for their employees. Always am told to pull up and wait for my order and I order for one.

Morning crew is always so nice. Order always fresh. But I wouldn't recommend after 11. Orders messed up or not fresh.

The food is inconsistent at this location. Sometimes fresh and sometimes stale. My daughter waited over 30 minutes for them to bring out a chicken sandwich at this location. If you go through the drive thru, check your order. This location is notorious for messing up drive thru orders. I'd recommend going somewhere else. There is a Burger King down the road that I've gotten consistently fresh hot food from. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because occasionally get orders correct with fresh food.
