They are compassionate, and well versed in their products! I was having a rather rough day with my wife, we had a problem earlier that day that really stressed us, and couldn't think fast enough on what I wanted. Shout out to Katie at the till; she picked a great combo with the pistachio. The whole team is lovely, and hooked a very picky person onto the pistachio for as long as y'all have it. Plus, food was great!nnStarbucks always makes us feel welcome, and comforted.

The employees here are always so nice! Even when I don’t wait that long, they apologize for the wait and let me know they’re working on my order. I’ve noticed a ton of new employees recently, but they still make my drink perfectly. Would recommend this store over some of the others nearby.

My boyfriend and I used to love going to this Starbucks until the last time he went in there. We had ordered breakfast from somewhere to be picked up and coffee to be picked up from Starbucks. We timed them so they would both be ready when we got there. My boyfriend waited in Starbucks for a HALF HOUR for someone to tell him that they couldn’t make his drink and that’s why it wasn’t out on the counter and asked him what he’d want instead. Worst experience in a Starbucks, ever. I’m not one to complain, but he was the only one standing there and not a single person that walked by him said a word. Talk about customer service and having courtesy.

Always so slow. You can have 5 cars waiting in line and it still take (not kidding) 25+ minutes. Theyre nice but does not make up for how slow there are.
