An electrician came out to my place on a Friday to give an estimate on a job and stated he would be able to give a quote by Monday or Tuesday the next week. After waiting a week, I called to request the quote and spoke with a very friendly receptionist that seemed surprised it was not provided yet and that she would make sure the electrician sent one over as soon as possible. After two and a half weeks and two phone calls requesting the quote, I still have not received a estimate or any further communication from the electrician. A ball park estimate or quote is a simple task, so I will not be trusting this company with the more complex task of electrical work on my property.
