I got my Mastercard statement on August 14, 2019 and noticed a charge for $50.00 even. I remember only pumping $42.00 of gas July 13, 2019. I immediately phoned and spoke to Jessica, the manager. She was empathetic and genuinely concerned about my complaint. Jessica was very calm and professional as she tracked down the transaction made more that a month ago. She was able to tell me that I received cash of $8.00 for the difference. A light bulb went off in my head. Whoops- yes I did remember getting the cash, rather than putting it back on the credit card. Although this story is embarrassing for me, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. It would have been easy to tell me that the transaction was too old, or my fault for not getting a second pump receipt. JESSICA is a wonderful asset to your business.

My mother and I were on our way to Ohio, coming from Texas. Our car battery died and we luckily made it to this shell station. This angel of an employee came and helped us change our battery. Great service, kind hearted people and clean bathrooms. Would rate more than 5 stars if I could
