Speedway

This was easily a top 5 nastiest gas station bathroom I've ever been in. Wife and kids had to use the men's bathroom as the women's was flooded and doesn't look like it's been clean once today. The men's was equally as disgusting but free of waste water spilling onto the floor but still filthy and completely out of toilet paper. I'm like most, I don't expect great facilities when traveling. This, however, was a worst case scenario. Very disappointing.

In the 10 years of randomly having to stop here for gas ect. the bathrooms have always smelled of urine. Parking lot is hard to get into and out of since the intersection construction. As all speedways do, after 7pm it gets more sketchy till 5am when morning workers start coming in.

Filled up with 30 gallons of diesel 150 miles later water in fuel light came on had to have tanks drained and 2 fuel filters replaced ....$750

I went in the scottsville road speedway and I go and get coffee and I heard the employee named Angela say I refuse to ring her up. So the manger did I said how can be in customer service and say that she said I prefer you to shut up. I said your not my mother. The she says the have been watching you so stop stealing. I looked at the manager and said what is she talking about he said he didn't know. She throws something when she was stocking cigarettes up and went to back. I paid and went out the doornoq remember I get coffee every morning. But he didn't ring up the coffee. I went the next day and today to the gm named jim he said he would look in to it. So I went back that night and got coffee and cigarettes.The next day I went this is today July 25 I just went and got 2 cups of coffee he rung of 1 I laughed and thank you. As I was leaving Jim called me to talk to him. He told me what I got last night I said yes he said he watched the video and I didn't pay for coffee I said not once did I ask her for the coffee he said Mrs Karen was listening to I said ok so finding a problem it's not going to fix the problem with the employee named Angela I was told my management that I wasn't the only one. It's my fault that the employee doesn't ring me up for coffee. He said he was sending the video to his dm I said ok it should not be my fault that the employees doesn't ring me up I'm not the only one that they do that to I have made coffee, changed the creamer. I'm not mad I just feel like you are not trying to fix the problem you went looking for problem. Talk to all the employee about ringing customer up stop blaming the customer.The employee gets paid for doing there job.It looks like they not doing there job.

Easy access in. Challenging to get out with traffic. In general, this place Needs some cleaning and updating. Very busy has station. Friendly staff, fair prices as typical speedway.
