I had to edit this as I just went through the drive through. The lady they have handing the food off to everyone is COUGHING all over the place, without covering her mouth, the cough sounds terrible and this is during a Pandemic. Manager must be a CLOWN. I threw my food away.nnAvoid on the weekends, it's a clown show.nnRefused to honor deal on the app. Overcharged me. Refused to give me ice water made me wait 5 minutes and pull ahead for WATER.

The girl taking the money was not at her window and yelled at the girl when i finally got tired of waiting for her and pulled up to the second window...like it was somehow her fault. She needs to get a new job at a factory or something where she isn't around the public if she's going to act like that...nMy food was good though

Absolutely the worse service ever. Only two cars ahead if me and was told to pull up and wait. Not a problem unless you forget I'm out there. A young man finally came out and asked if I was waiting apparently because the six young ladies at the window told me to park in the online order slot. He retook my order came back about 10 minutes later and I got home with the wrong chicken sandwich. There is nothing at all on the sandwich. My granddaughter didn't get her toy, no bbq sauce for her nuggets. Our fries are cold, my bun is charred. I will never come back.

Nothing worse than waiting for your food and the fries are cold and the nuggets hard from overcooking or double frying. Either way it was awful. Waste of my hard earned money.

Regional & district managers, as well as corporate, need to come inspect this location. They cannot get an orders through the drive thru correct.nJust went through the drive thru now and were told to pull up to the waiting spots.nMy friend got the dinner box and both cheeseburgers had hard buns. I’m not sure if they were toasted/put on the grill or if they were old.
