9/11 hire more people like Mr. Will! Hospitable, respectful, hard working! This coupled with my SPEEDWAY stores across the country, and I'll shop with this company for another 40 years!
I visited a Speedway on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green KY, and there was an older lady with white hair that had assisted me. She was very rude and had a miserable attitude. I calmly asked her to change her tone and to speak to me appropriately and told me to leave the store. Ive being working in food service for years and I have never been treated with such disrespect. I will continue to share on social media of how trashy this business is. Majority of my family and friends will never return to Speedway.
Employees only car about being a Chatty Cathy and not assisting customers. Then they wonder why the customer gets annoyed by having to tell the employee what they needed three times.
Over half the pumps are down or card readers are broken
They usually don't have enough people working. It's not uncommon to see one person on the register with 4 or 5 people in line. Gas pumps are pretty old and the buttons don't work to enter in speedy rewards info.
