I ordered a pizza just passed 9 for delivery, it was supposed to arrive at quarter till but never did. At 10:45 I tried to call the store just to find out they close at 10. They just completely dropped my order without even letting me know. In fact, on the app in which I ordered it, it said it was delivered. I know two things for a fact, one, it wasn’t contact delivered because I was paying with cash, two, they definitely knew where my house is because I called them with specific details beforehand on not only what my house looks like, but where to knock. Absolute dumpster fire. If they would have even had the courtesy to call me and let me know they couldn’t make they order, instead of just dropping it without even telling me. I would have no issues and would’ve just eaten elsewhere.

Get the order right the first time! I picked up the mixed pasta and bread sticks I ordered, and when returning home found out I received two of the same pastas! I called the store and they got another pasta ready for me to make it right! I returned to the store and picked up what was omitted from my order, and was told to keep the other pasta because of the virus! It was handled professionally!

Used to love the pizza. Last two times they put the mushrooms and peppers on top of the cheese and burn them. Not very appealing. Otherwise its just ok.

The cheese filled crust, the cheese was not melted and it was the same for the garlic knots. The wings were good but will never order from the Russell St carry out only store. We may try the other actual restaurant in the far future.
