Great for walks. Sometimes too many bikes that don't share the path.
Great to walk on the path. To many people since covid-19.

I like to run here. Also the bathroom is nice and heated.
Not a bad park, but as you jog deeper and deeper into the forest it does get creepy. Also, towards the end of the path, there is a Golf Course that is private property you cannot jog on. So stay on path if you wish to turn back.
