Tiny cute little park. I went to visit for the historical aspect and because the park is named after my ancestor. It was different than anything I've really seen and think it is a lovely idea to have a little community area like this in a neighborhood. People were friendly and welcoming.
A nice place to get a dog run
This is definitely not as big Google maps makes it out to be. It's a tiny place. It has two teeter totters, a few steps and a ladder leading to a slide. Two benches. A drinking fountain. That's it. Not really what you think of when wanting to go to the park. Go somewhere else.
Small park. Still a nice spot to sit a little.
