Great, fast service. I dropped my vehicle off and the problem was assessed in the same day. Very transparent and efficient staff. Even during a busy holiday season, I didn't have to leave my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time. Customer service also goes a VERY long way with me. Brian went above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending Bluegrass Transmission and certainly would use again!

Brain and his technicians are world class. Not only knowledgeable but beyond fair. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing any service with their transmission.

Very honest and fair. Have had multiple transmissions repaired with no problem. The previous negative posts are surely exaggerated as I have never heard of any transmission repair costing $7500!
