Good fast and best service, but my tire pressure sensor still popping.
October 12th 2020, I went to have my tires rotated not only did they not put me on down the schedule, there was no one wearing a mask out of two employees and eight patrons. It was gross.nThe place has not been the same since Nelson sold it to Champs.
Did a good job with putting my tires on even if it took longer than any shop i've ever went to before. Also they are not upfront about charges. They charge to use a bank card. They over charged me and when they fixed it didn't refund the 1st charge. So i ended up paying almost 70 to just use my bank card! Also check your miles bc the way they had mine down cheated us 500 miles on the warrenty.

Nelson and his team are great. They provide service in a timely manner, are very professional, honest, and Nelson always gives alternatives to an expensive repair if there is one. Nelson never does work without getting it authorized by you. He also remembers your name, your car's past issues, and conversations you have had. What other auto repair shop can do that?!!! The best place in town for sure!
