I’ve came to this location for years. From the time I had my 1st car, up until this year. My father has been associated with a company around town for years and has always referred me to this location. The service has always been great, until this year.nnLast month, I needed a piece for my car and the guy made me feel extremely uncomfortable. As if he didn’t want to help me from the very start. He even ignored me for the 1st couple of seconds with an eye roll....Now idk if this was because he thought he was servicing a “teen” (I am 28 Years Old) or if it’s because of recent events in the world that I won’t explain...But I expect great service regardless of age, skin, or anything.nnI won’t be back for a while.

Please get employees that know a tiny bit about your products. Every single time I ask a question they seem to be overwhelmed and can not give me any answers to simple questions that I would think that they should be able to answer.
