I went to get tires because the ones the previous owner bought, were beginning to rot out before their warranty. The manager assured me, he would get me a great deal. I did get a good deal for having to buy 4 new tires. However not only was I there for two hours, when I got tired and walked around the back I noticed the hood of my car was up. When asked why, I wasn't having anything done under the hood, he responded with he was checking things out for me. A week later my engine is on. Afraid to take it back to them, I now have to invest in a test to see why my light is now on.nnI have never had any light come on, or problems with my engine. As a matter fact I have a new battery which is under warranty with AAA and get regular checkups with Valvoline. There was no reason for them to be under my hood. I plan to come back and review again when I'm told why this light is on.nnI will so be filing a formal complaint. When you don't ask, you shouldn't touch. Horrible experience.

I’m extremely happy with my experience at Firestone. When David called me with a quote, he broke down the possible repairs/replacements by priority: what he recommended for safe handling, what could probably be postponed for another X miles, and what was optional since I am on a budget. This honest and informative sales approach is really refreshing. His staff follows his example of professionalism too, Brooks was very courteous and helpful. I recommend them highly.

Would highly recommend this place. As a mechanic, thoroughly impressed with the service and my experience. I found myself in a precarious situation being 6hrs from home and the folks at Firestone really came through. 10/10.

Would have been good if they just did the oil change like I requested. I brought in a ‘16 outback and they removed all the filters and tried to guilt my wife into buying new ones and in the process they broke the holder for my cabin air filter. We found the pieces to it on the floor when we got our car back, they never even mentioned it to us or apologized. I will never go back here!!
