Pizza dough was raw in the middle. We ordered a medium caprese. They also left one salad off the order. Didn't appear to be busy. Didn't call back about the pizza as we had already called about the missing salad we were charged for. Not a complicated order.

We ordered lunch last week, a pizza and 24 wings. Received the order and the wings were undercooked, but the pizza was pretty good. I called the store and had a polite conversation with Justin who offered to bring 24 more wings out to our office, but since only had one hour for lunch, we opted to get a rain check for the 24 wings. Exactly a week later, we called the store to redeem the raincheck with a new delivery of 24 wings, as offered. Spoke to a argumentative David who argued with me that the offer was not for 24 wings, but 12 wings. So insulting, he was making it sound like I was trying to get 12 wings for free, so NOT the case. I asked him if he really wanted to argue about 12 wings??? At which case, he was arguing that the wings were not undercooked last week. Granted, they were not raw, but pinker than I , and my coworkers would not eat. They ended up in the trash that day. Anyways, ended up hanging up the phone on this person as he was rude and insulting. Needless to say, I won't be ordering again from this place. I think he should have discussed this with Justin, the person I talked with last week, before insulting me and basically accusing me of lying and wanting free wings.

Ordered 18 boneless wings and was given bone-in. We picked these up and I called and asked for a refund. Alex, a very argumentative manager, proceeded to tell me that the saying “the customer is always right” went bankrupt and that’s not correct. He wanted to come pick up the bone in wings and bring me boneless 30 minutes after we had gotten home with our order. I let him do this, but why not just allow the refund and let us keep the wings we were given as it was their mistake? I heard my husband tell them boneless TWICE. As a business owner myself, I experienced horrible, rude customer service.

On 2/23/21 some coworkers and I ordered two dozen wings and a pizza to be delivered on our lunch break. Our pizza was very good but our wings were very under cooked and had to be thrown in the trash. A coworker called and spoke with Justin. Justin was vey polite and offered to deliver two dozen more wings, our lunch break was over and he said we would have two dozen wings at a later date. We tried to order 2 dozen wings today. We were told by David that we only get one dozen and that our wings were not undercooked. We had the receipt in front of us for the pizza, 12 spicy garlic parm, and 12 Buckeye wings. David was arguing and stated we ordered hot wings. Unfortunately we will not order from here again.
