Greenwood Ford Lincoln

The staff are really nice and cool, service is fast and effectivennBut I have to pay a $125 diagnostic fee just to get a new airbag installed? Seriously? I tried arguing it but they said it was non-negotiable. I'm sure they do great work, but they are not afraid to squeeze your dry and take your money and force needless charges on you. Look elsewhere if you want reasonable service.

Absolutely the worst service department ever. Don't take your vehicle here! I picked my friend up at 6:30am this morning because she dropped her vehicle off in their parking lot for an oil change. I took her back to pick it up at 11:30 on our lunch break and they told her that her tire had a hole and was losing air. When we got there, her tire was completely flat! They REFUSE to fix it. Her tires were completely fine before she took it to them. They ran over a piece of metal I'm assuming due to the construction they are undergoing, and popped her tire and then refuse to do anything about it, saying that it was her fault. How is it her fault when her car was PERFECT before they got it? Then they sent a tow truck to our job to pick up her car BY MISTAKE, then said that she shouldn't have let the tow truck take it, saying that was her fault as well, then laughed at her when she told them to bring it back. But we work inside, and cannot see our vehicles in the parking lot. Mind you, we also work in a dealership service department just down the road. We know how service is supposed to go. Asked to speak to a General Manager and was hung up on by Haley. She is rude, and doesn't care about the customers. Worst customer service EVER to be experienced. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The General Manager finally called back after multiple calls, but wouldn't do anything about his service departments behavior. Taking advantage of a young girl just trying to get a simple oil change. These are the worst group of people. I would recommend driving a little farther down south than to deal with Greenwood Ford Lincoln in Bowling Green. Hunt Ford in Franklin is so much better, and would do anything to satisfy their customers!

I have taken my Ford Edge to the service department for a couple of repairs recently. J has been outstanding to work with. Great customer service and did a great job following up to make sure my issues were truly taken care of. Very impressed with their new management.

I live in Florida and I will only buy vehicles from Greenwood Ford. I’ve had wonderful buying experiences with Scott South for years. I tell him what I want and he finds it. Paperwork is done and vehicle is delivered in less than 3 days. Absolutely couldn’t be any easier. Cannot recommend Scott and the folks at Greenwood Ford any more!

My husband and I just purchased a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali from Greenwood Ford. The experience was definitely a 5 star. Thank you everyone that helped the process. Bert, Marcquel, Scott and Steve you guys are great! This is our second purchase with Greenwood Ford, great people to work with!!
