The younger front desk employee that sits closest to the front main entrance door is extremely rude . I own 2 salvage yards in Tennessee and have recently started doing business with this branch but after dealing with the extreme rudeness and rolling eyes I will never be back . this is the 4th time this has happened with the same lady . I'm not sure if this lady is family to the owner or on a personal level with management but I will do business elsewhere. it seems after looking through reviews and speaking with a local iaai manager in my area i was told I'm not the first person that has called with complaints about this lady
