We have leased from Bowling Green Toyota for a total of 5 years. We were so pleased with the service and the notifications regarding service we decided to purchase from Bowling Green Toyota. We purchased a Tacoma that will take us into retirement. We were looking for a 2020 Tacoma and not having much luck finding one. We got on Bowling Green Toyota's website and typed in what we were looking for. Within hours of doing the search we got a response from Jenn O'Brien saying she would find us one and get back with us. Between the teamwork of Jenn and Courtney Miller they found exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't be more pleased. They have both been very helpful in answering all the questions we've had and we are positive that Bowling Green Toyota will be there for us for the long haul! This is definitely a five star team! This has been an awesome buying experience. Bought a 2021 4 runner from Jen O’Brien and she went above and beyond customer service to make the deal as smooth as possible, gave me the best deal and saved me from driving 4 hours to make a purchase. I will definitely continue to purchase cars from this dealership. Best Toyota dealership hands down!

We purchased a new 2020 Sienna Van today from the dealership. Our sales rep for the second time over the last three years was Courtney Miller. She has excellent people skills and knows her business from top to bottom. We felt right at home. Courtney worked hard to ensure our new purchase was exactly what we were looking for. This is our second purchase that we made through Courtney and highly recommend that you ask for her. Go Toyota!

I recently traded my 2017 Highlander to a 2021 4Runner. Jenn and Courtney were both very kind and helpful. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, buying a new vehicle. Thanks so much! :)

I was not pleased with my experience with the service department. I went there thinking it would be easier to get a key from them. I had to dig info out of the parts person to actually get the cost of the key (was not given a quote, just word of mouth) and had to continue to ask questions to get the cost to program the key ($110 just to program). The service team said it would only take 15 minutes or so to program it, and scheduled an appointment. Got there for my appointment after waiting 20 minutes was told that it take 35 to 45 minutes just to get a bay open (even with an appointment). Then was told the remote was there not the key, then they did have the key, then went to pay and was $70 more than I was told. After complaining, they made the price what I was originally told. Also Kinny responded to my rating asking to call him. I call and got his voicemail, which said to text message him. I have wasted enough time now with this place, so done. I have ordered keys from other dealerships, it comes in, they bring it out to my car program it and in 5 minutes I am done. This whole processes has been ridiculous.
