Awesome experience when I bought my Equinox! Jackson was the best salesman I've ever dealt with! Also Mike the sales manager is the greatest! These people are so nice! I haven't met anyone there that wasn't super nice and everyone made the buying experience super easy and non stressful! I recommend everyone go there when you are in the market for a new or used car!

Had issues with 2013 Sonata while on vacation. Arrived at dealership when they opened. Although bays were full, they serviced my car right away in an effort to get us back on the road. Great customer service!

The staff here at Jim Johnson Hyundai are amazing. They communicate well, and get the job done in an efficient time so that I am not spending all day there. The front desk staff in the service department went above and beyond to address my concerns. I will always work with Hyundai here in BG!

Based on my experience yesterday in attempting to purchase a new vehicle, I will NOT be using Jim Johnson in the future. They do not know their products and are clueless to customer service. It was my worst car shopping experience and they lost a sale.
