I rode in on my motorcycle because my other vehicle was just done. I had looked at available models online before I went so I already has a good idea about what I wanted when I got there. Parked the bike and was met by the salesman at the front of the building. Ralph was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me the models they had available on the lot and explained the technical options available with them. Since this is my first time buying a new vehicle from a dealership I was a little nervous about everything but Ralph made this a very pleasant and relaxed transaction. Once everything was finalized and since I was by myself on a motorcycle he offered to drive my new car to my house for me since I can't drive the car and bike at the same time and the bike certainly won't fit in the car lol. So start to finish Ralph and crew at the dealership who helped with the paperwork were excellent to deal with.

My family has two vehicles through Jim Johnson; one Nissan and one Hyundai. We are always happy with both service departments. Their staff are always professional, courteous and above all patient with my numerous questions. I do appreciate not being talked 'down to' being female. Thank you!!
