First the good: love my used suv we purchased here. Had a good experience with the salesman and got a good deal on the vehicle. Unfortunately the bad far outweighs the good when dealing with this business.nThe bad: The car had not been detailed at all. It had hair and crumbs in it. They charged us the wrong amount of sales tax (we live in Indiana). We weren’t upset because we were told they would send us a check for the difference within 3 weeks with our title paperwork for the bmv since our bmv would also charge us the extra sales tax when we got the license plate. Never got anything from them. After several emails, they finally overnighted my title paperwork so I could get the plates seriously 2 days before my temp plate was expiring. Of course I had to pay over $200 out of pocket because they still hadn’t sent my check. I sent more emails with the only response being the matter would be looked into. Finally had to file a formal complaint and got my check in the mail. Terrible communication and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one ever apologized or even tried to explain what the problem was. Just left me in the dark and added so much stress to the situation. I would not recommend this business.

Found the truck I was looking for here. Drove from chattanooga to buy it. I found the same truck closer at a couple different locations but these people did what they said they would do and didn't add anything extra to the total. As some places do. Great dealership. I highly recommend. Thank you

Took my Diesel in to get the Computer Flash back to stock and they couldn't get it done. But after trying to get it done. They didn't charge me for the service. I think that outstanding customer service. Rick took good care of me from the first phone call.

My appointment was made with ease. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly associate, who went over what was being done to my vehicle and the cost. The vehicle was finished in a timely manner. I will be recommending Campbell to my friends and family.
