Best Starbucks I've been too in Ohio! Location is adorable and the inside is so cute and perfect to do homework at (pre-covid)! The people are so kind and cheerful! Spoke with a Macy for like 20 minutes about coffee and she was so helpful! Not to mention, they make all their drinks perfectly!

They always get my drink right without messing up. They seem to have a good grasp on covid measures too.
This Starbucks in Kent needs to train about 6 other Starbucks locations on excellence in customer service. This location is consistently killing it. They are friendly to everyone- regardless of age or race, always on point with their service, (if they make a mistake they make it right) all while maintaining a clean, well decorated store.
Starbucks is overpriced but that being said this location has an awesome spot to sit upstairs, very unique.
