The absolute best mcdonalds that i have been to in a very long time! Food was hot, fresh as can be for fast food and the strawberry cream pies actually had cream in them!!! Good afternoon/evening staff here for sure!!

I have always enjoyed going through mcdonald's in Genoa Ohio but today I had the most rudest experience ever even the young lady taking the money said that the lady taking the orders was being rude to customers... when I asked her why she was being so rude she lied and said I was rude lololol that's why I buy 2 gift cards every year for 2 different employees....
Delicious food and efficient Drive-Thru. My favorite person is the lady at the register (first window) who's usually there in the morning and lunchtime. She's so sweet and chipper and happy to be there!
I've been to a lot of McDonald's. All over Ohio and Genoa by far has the absolute best service!
