Food is usually good, but the delivery is terrible. Requested to leave at door, delivery driver insists on waiting every time at the door to hand food.nnDidn't have an item on my last order, was told they'd comp it - never did.nnDeliveries usually take too long, and with no communication you can usually expect anywhere from standard time to over an hour. Not the speed I'd expect for just a sandwich.nnManagement needs to hire more employees to live up to expectations.
I was so pleased with my visit! I am pregnant and need accomodations with the lunch meet but was craving one of these! Everyone was so sweet with helping!! Thanks again!
Always pretty quick with the order but never right. always order extra cheese or ask for light lettuce and you get the opposite. And I swear cut in half shouldn’t even be a option they NEVER CUT IT!!!
Won’t be ordering from this location again, horrible management & poor customer service here. Manager (that we spoke to at least) is rude and poorly handles incorrect orders. If you’re really craving Jimmy Johns, go out to Brunswick.
If you want what you ordered to be correct dont go here!! Third time in a row I've walked in, ordered hot peppers and light lettuce and didn't get the peppers and heavy lettuce. They get it on the slip and they hear me say it so not sure whats going on with the workers there but it isn't worth the frustration.
