Josh was awesome. He was prompt, on time, and did a great job on our electrical work. We had a bad experience with another electrician, but Josh was amazing. Happy to do business with Gene's and will do more in the future. Great Value and Great Service!

They were on time, VERY professional and did an amazing job installing my new heat pump in my mobile home. DJ noticed water under my home and called the home office. A plumber was there within the hour to look at the issue, make sure the water and water heater were turned off to stop any further damage (we are not living there as of yet), give an estimate, then made an appointment to come back out and fix it.

Our hot water tank stopped working. We called Gene’s and the same day Shane came out to take a look. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem we were having with our tank. Shane took the time to find out if it was under warranty and it was. He took care of it and the following day replaced our hot water tank with a new one!! I would highly recommend their service to anyone!!

The employees at Gene's are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had service on our furnaces and air conditioners for the last 15 years and have not one complaint. When I call i am greeted with respect and anyone who answers knows how to handle my concerns or questions or finds the right person immediately. All of their technicians are friendly, patient with questions and concerns and respectful. I highly recommend Gene's for any heating or cooling issues/concerns or needs.
