My experience with H&R Block has soured over the years. And H&R Block charged me $200 this year for a simple tax return I could have done online for FREE, but I went to them because I thought I could trust them better than myself. That was my mistake. I watched the lady type in everything and it looked easy! Then she slapped me with a $200 bill which I was later told they get commission off of. She didn't even TRY to get me any discounts like others have done in the past. I got the runaround with H&R Blocks 1-800# when all I wanted was clarification as to WHY I was charged so much. I was expecting call backs I never received and waited an hour for from the time I was promised I would receive a call -- to then, finally get a phone call from THE VERY LOCATION that I thought overcharged me, for them to tell me, it is what it is. Of course THEY would say that. Terrible Customer Service. I'm DONE with H&R Block. I will never return, to ANY location, in ANY state. I am DONE.

We've been coming 7 yrs or more they was very friendly and professional but giving 2 stars cuz I've call not only 1 but 3 different times and was told they would give them message and I would receive a call back n guess what NEVER DID thxs
