Jon was amazing, he made filing my taxes from out of state the easiest process. I have been with someone for the last 4 years and this year she didn’t answer my calls. I was referred to him by one of my friends and it was the best decision I made. I was Weary about the whole situation being in another state and not having met Jon but he is very personable. Jon made me feel comfortable and answered my calls or text at any time. I am so thankful I got to do business with him from a distance like I was sitting in his office. If you need someone to do your taxes don’t hesitate Jon is the best. Not to mention he has gotten me back a refund I am very thankful for. Thank you again Jon at Big Red Tax Service.

I did my taxes Jan 31st 2020 and still haven’t received them. It’s been 10 months.... and they won’t respond to my phone calls

My husband and I have been doing our taxes ourselves for years. Never again. It has always been a huge pain. John was quick and efficient and very professional. This is a service I will gladly pay for so that I know it’s done correctly and I will gladly go see John year after year for all our tax needs.

I’ve been a loyal turbo tax user for years but decided to do it differently this time around. Was referred to John at Big Red Tax Services by a good friend of mine who has been using him for years. Even with everything going on in the world right now with this COVID -19 nonsense, John was quick and professional with handling my taxes, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. It was my first time using a professional and he answered all the dumb little first timer questions happily. I will definitely be returning to him in the years to come and will be referring others without hesitation. Thanks John!

Ten years with the same tax person in Arizona. Moved here last April. Leery about finding a new tax person. Found Big Red Tax Service and went. Jon was fantastic. Friendly but professional. He answered my questions and finished my taxes in a timely manner. Thanks Jon! Will be back next year.
