Melissa is a great teacher. A lot of yoga studios around here and yoga classes treat yoga like a workout class. Melissa is an authentic yoga teacher. Her music and room setup are great and the classes flow very nicely and are not repetitive from class to class. I got a slipped or bulged disk in my lower back from lifting weights and starting doing her chair yoga more regularly. Fixed me right up. Unique location but she makes it work very nicely.
I have so much fun doing yoga with melissa. She is a great teacher her styles work with anyone she is truly amazing and her class is wonderful
Great experience! Good music and super relaxing! Il be visiting often!!
