I am very pleased with the service I received. Loved working with Amber, Chad, John and Derrick. All are very pleasant and professional. They give you the cost upfront so no surprises. And they cleaned everything up and hauled away any trash. This is my go to company. Excellent. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Hired to fix two outlets and install bathroom vent/fan! Scheduling was easy and fast. They showed up and they were on time. Price was very reasonable. The electrician, John, was knowledgeable and honest. So happy to have discovered this company. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Josh!nMany thanks also to Dannie E. for coming to the rescue of my next door neighbors on a Saturday when their furnace went out. He was so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about explaining the need for a new furnace...on Monday. In the meantime, he set them up with portable heaters to get them through the weekend. Thank you, Dannie!!nAlso, thanks to Dan B. and Alex S. when they recently did a check on my humidifier and Air Scrubber installation, answering all my questions. They were both very friendly, courteous and helpful.nChris did my yearly electrical check. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.nChad did my yearly furnace check. Incredible team! Receptionists are always kind and professional on the phone. And Tiffany did such a wonderful job installing a new outlet in the garage and making our switches function again after another company couldn’t. She was very personable and worked quickly — could not be happier with our experience! Recommending 10/10 to everyone we know. Bonus they are a paperless company, loved that all of our invoices and receipts came instantly through email.

AJ, Anthony and Brandon recently installed a new back up generator. The work was first rate and the operation was fully explained. This is the second major project done for us by by Good's in the last 16 months. The first was a new furnace and A/C. Very pleased with the professional and conscientious service. The sales rep Peter and the technical coordinator Josh took the time to make an extra trip before the install to be sure the generator installation would be just right.nnAmber and Tammy were great in communicating and coordinating all the activity that took place.nnMarynSalem, Ohio
