I was very disappointed with the subs I got today. I ordered two steak and cheese subs, one Italian sub. The steak and cheese subs had very little mushrooms, and very little cheese and no mayo at all. The Italian sub had no cheese at all and no dressing at all. We frequently order subs from Grafton Marcos and have never had problems. We will not be buying any more items from marcos.
Marcos itself is fine. Do not order the pizza bowl it is a sheet of salty grease. You are better off buying a pizza and pulling the toppings off. It is far from being a bowl even though it is placed in one it is a thin sheet. Do not waste your money.
What an amazing business and customer service! I called at 9:30am on a Sunday. I did not think that they would be able to help but I needed 40 pizzas by noon for our retirement community. It was no problem—and when I arrived they had all the pizzas already set in the warming bags and ready to go! Bob the owner was so gracious and can’t thank them enough for bringing smiles to our seniors during this tough time!
Have ordered here a lot over the years, fast delivery lots of hot deals usually no issues ever. Last night ordered a pizza that was absolutely fantastic however the cheesy bread was very overcooked and just couldn't eat it.
Tried and true. Drivers are always courteous and kind. Pizza is always hot always delicious.
