Fantastic, focused, friendly. The perfect no-nonsense gym for people willing to put in the work and take responsibility for their fitness. Bring you work clothes because you're going to get dirty and sweaty.
Dropped in for four classes. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time with everybody in the class offering instruction and encouragement. The people in the class were friendly. The gym has a full range of equipment to get any workout in. Will definitely return if my vacation plans bring me this way again.
Great cross fit gym! Friendly, patient coaches that help you work towards your goals, not theirs. Join it and you will feel and look better than you ever have. Just be ready for the owner to yell at you to get lower on your squat.
I love Blind Dog Gym. It is unlike any gym I've been to. What makes Blind Dog different from any other gym? It is like a little community and you are treated like family. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. The coaches really focus on your needs and make sure that you are doing every exercise correctly. They push you and bring out the best in you. The atmosphere is amazing! You are working with a group of people who are dedicated to what they do and I love that because it's so motivating. I can't get enough! :)
I love it, present tense. This place changed my life and the people who are part of this community are the most supportive and genuine you will ever meet. No intimidating gym egos at this place, just friendly motivated and hard working people.
