Absurdly slow. There were more people working than there were customers and it still took like 10min for them to make a sandwich
This is my most favorite of all Panera Bread locations on the OH Turnpike. I stop to eat here whenever I can. Food is delicious and the employees are efficient and caring. Just really good people working here! Thank you for keeping hungry travellers well-fed!
Worst Panera ever! I am used to Panera in general never getting my order correct....but this place. WOW what a disaster....the 5 girls say gossiping ignoring us at the register.....and then after I walked all the way out to my truck got the dressing on and took a couple of bites...I realized the chicken was missing (always something). So I walked all the way...only to be ignored along with another customer waiting to order and then the girl at the register was very helpful when I said the chicken was missing...brought my container over to her co-worker to add the chicken only to have her accuse me off already having eaten the damn chicken and wanting more....yes I have nothing better to do with my time then purchase a chicken salad walk ALL the way across the parking yard and then walk ALL way back for chicken that was supposed to be in the salad in the first place.....
Similar to the last review, lots of employees standing around while multiple people were waiting in line. Surly and unpleasant cashier. Most of the time it's an average Panera. This time noticeably different
Slow! Slow! Slow! Employees doing nothing while customer lines grow. Bad management.
