Prefer the warrensville location. Ordered online and sat in car waiting to say ready. After 10 minutes in parking lot which was 23 min after ordering I went in to find out was done. 45 minutes later got the email the order was ready and already ate it. No may on it, asked for extra peppers and got normal and asked for pickles and got none. Asked to be cut in half and not cut and asked for napkins and got none. Bad service in mentor
Today is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a jimmy johns. The guy tonight was seriously rude. I asked for my sandwiches to be fixed properly and the man at the register decided to ride instead of fix my food. I even offered to pay for the items that weren’t properly rung up and he still didn’t want to help all because they were about to close and he wanted to go home.
This is one of my favorite sandwich shops the one in Mayfield is great at 1:00 and mentor is also good. But I went yesterday to that store and the wait time was unacceptable it seems like there was only one guy in the back.
Delicious, quick & friendly service, love this place! :)
