Been a long time since I've ordered here and they still don't know how to make decent pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas and only half of the pieces had cheese and pepperoni, I figured given enough time things might change here, but no and I don't think they ever will. Best of luck if decide to eat here.

I have updated and upgraded my review, because their service seems to have improved immensely over the last few months.nnIn the past, something always seemed to go wrong when we ordered here, including wrong orders and for instance pulling up for your order and waiting a long time while the car in front waits for its order to be finished. But things have improved so now I am giving it 4 stars.

Food and service are good when I go there to eat inside.nnJust called to order a pizza for delivery and the manager Jess told me since I was paying cash and a new customer they couldn't deliver my order due to 'safety issues'. I guess that's a nice way of calling their customers criminals. I have been eating at Pizza Hut since they were on Coshocton Avenue when I was a kid - probably longer than Jess has been alive. Hardly a new customer, nor any kind of safety risk. But I guess they don't trust any new customers.nnOf course, you are supposed to trust them to give their high-school aged employees your credit card information...nnWon't be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

This was a delivery. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. Unlike other pizza places, I had to pay for extra cheese instead of it counting as a topping. When the pizza arrived, it did not have extra cheese on it. It was also warm rather than hot. I ordered 2 orders of the mini Cinnabon cinnamon rolls; I only received 1 order. I spent close to $10 on food I did not receive. Prices were way higher than other places too. At another local place, I could have received the same amount, or possibly more, food for about half the price and the quality would have been better. I do not frequent Pizza Hut, and these are some of the reasons why.

I placed on online order 2 hours in advance of our expected pick up time. I received email confirmation that our order would be ready at that time. My wife (on her way to pick our son up from work) stopped to pick up the order. She was informed that although they had record of our order they did not have it. She did not have time to wait as she needed to pick up our son. She informed me and I called the store and they let me know that they would have it ready on her return. Received no apology or even a mention of discount or refund for her trouble as this took her out of her way to go back to the store 45 mins. later.
