Nice place . Clean and has nice equipment but super aggressive on pushing a personal trainer. Was very off putting. The trainer was good and knowledgeable.
Good equipment. Cardio machines are high quality. The manager, Sal was very helpful and down to earth.
Amazing spot. Was on the road for week and stopped in there. So happy I found this place while visiting the area. Great equipment, it even helped me step my routine up a little. And the manager was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place. Check em out !

I think it is super cool that I can go work out any time that is good for me. Very clean with a nice atmosphere.
