McDonald's in general isn't what it used to be.nnQuality of food, and customer service is basically non existence to that of the past. When I do decide to go, no matter where it might be, it's not abnormal to have much more negative experiences then good.nnHowever, this specific location is definitely the best in town. I go here mostly for breakfast, but 9x out of 10x the orders are correct, taste good, and customer service is pleasant.nnMy overall expectations of McDonald's in general is always less then stellar, but, this location still carries some of those genuine characteristics that made us all want McDonald's as kids.nnThe best one in Mount Vernon, by a long shot.

It was McDonald's. Bathroom were clean. Our order was correct. Dining area clean. My one complaint is that I use a walker and park in handicap parking. Their handicap parking is across the parking lot not by the door

Friendly staff and decent service. Don't order online for pickup. I waited more than ten minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries.

The staff at this restaurant are very gruff and rude people. Never use the first lane in the drive through because they will blatantly ignore you. I have sat in the first lane myself and watched them serve four other people in the second lane before me. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG! This location rarely gives you every item you ordered if you order more than one meal. If you are thinking about going to this location between 2:00 p.m and 5:00 p.m, keep driving because the food you get will be cold. The staff will lecture you on how to order when you get to the first window. If you try to drive away while they are lecturing you, they will just start yelling. If you do not order exactly the way they tell you to order they will give you something completely different. I never knew I had to specify the type of egg I would like on my Egg McMuffin. The employees at this location treat you as if you are the biggest inconvenience of their day. I often drive to the other side of the city, an extra 10 minutes, to go to a different store. It's worth the drive to be treated like a human being. I understand this is a Mcdonald's, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate in addition to leaving this complaint. It's very sad, two years ago I gave this location a five-star review.
