We have gotten pizza a few times from Guys. They have some fierce competition in Chardon with some competitors that offer excellent pizzas. But never the less, they offer a solid pizza and great wings. Their online ordering interface is really good, and delivery is prompt and polite. You can't go wrong ordering from them.
Does anyone from management care about these reviews? I'm like the 5th person to mention how miserable the person taking the orders over the phone is. Please, have someone else answer phone orders so I don't feel like I'm making the this guy go out of his way for scribbling down my order.nAlso, the pizza is ok (usually undercooked), but the fried food tastes like its been under a Ponderosa heat lamp for 5 hours.
Great food, good prices. Only issue is every time I call the person who answers the call sounds like he is miserable. Give the guy a raise.
Food is expensive, but good. Promptly prepared. Staff was properly masked, but very unenthusiastic.
Delivery was on time and the food was hot but it was the worst pizza we've had in a long time. There was so much sauce on it the cheese slid right off when it was picked up. It made it very difficult and messy to eat, especially for the kids. It also had a strange after taste. We were wanting try somewhere new but will never order from here again.
